WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AT YOUR COMPREHENSIVE EXAM APPOINTMENT
- Plan on between 50 minutes to 1 ½ hour appointment time depending on appointment time scheduled
- Gathering of pertinent information
- Digital X-rays (90% less radiation compared to conventional x-rays)
- Perio/Gum Tissue analysis to determine the type of cleaning needed
- Oral Cancer Screening
- Complete exam and decay diagnosis
- Dental cleaning if time allows
- One on one discussion in regards to results of your thorough examination and any proposed treatment, complete with written treatment plan
