Dental insurance is very different from medical insurance. Most dental carriers have an annual maximum of $1,000 although there are a few that offer $2,000. As a service to our patients, we will be glad to file claims on your behalf to your private insurance carrier. Private dental insurance is the type of insurance that does not require you to choose a dentist from a specific list of providers. Please note that while we are glad to file claims on your behalf, this does not guarantee that your insurance will cover your dental procedures. Our office currently participates with Delta Dental Premier Plan. We also electronically bill most other insurance plans. However, at this point we are not accepting Medicaid Insurance.
Copayments (estimated amount after insurance coverage) are due at time of service. For your convenience, our office accepts: Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express & Care Credit. As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer the CareCredit financing options. The CareCredit financing program allows you to begin your treatment immediately – then pay for it over time with low monthly payments that are easy to fit into your monthly budget.
